Je Shin- Principal/Founder
Je is passionate about driving growth and innovation for clients. His approach is grounded in building strong, lasting relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs with precise details. Je has been in the manufacture Representative/Broker business the past 16 years as a partner of a successful Rep Agency before starting BridgeGap Sales.
Outside of work, Je enjoys attending Arkansas Razorback games where he graduated with a BSBA degree from the University of Arkansas, Walton College of Business. Je can also often be found enjoying the beach with his family, where he finds inspiration and relaxation.
Steve Crook- VP of Sales
With extensive experience in the consumer products industry, Steve has built a career specializing in sales strategy development, execution, and new business development, selling to virtually every major retailer in the US, including Walmart, Target, Best Buy, BJ’s Wholesale, and others.
As a representative of BridgeGap Sales, he focuses on mass market retailers in the US, primarily in the toys and games, sports, and electronics sectors. Steve is passionate about driving growth in the mass market and building strong partnerships that deliver exceptional results.
When he’s not working, Steve enjoys traveling to various places around the world, hiking, playing golf, and going to Washington Nationals baseball games with his wife and family.
Brock Schulte- VP of Sales and Operations
Having lead sales and operations teams across the Walmart Inc. enterprise, Brock Schulte has developed into a strategic planning and execution expert for BridgeGap Sales and its clients. Brock’s extensive background includes multiple categories: Food (fresh, frozen, and pantry), Health & Beauty, All Imported Goods, and Store Operations. As VP of sales, Brock will focus his efforts on driving clients’ existing and new items performance. As VP of Operations, Brock will aid in evolving clients’ supply chain and replenishment teams while improving overall customer availability. Brock’s true passion is seeing items available on-shelf & online with flawless execution, driving consumer purchase habits and ultimately leading to sales growth.
